April 7, 2017 (WESTBROOK, CT) – Join us Saturday, May 6, 7 am – 12 noon as we celebrate the Grand Opening of Connecticut’s most unique fitness space – Fitness on the Water at Water’s Edge, 1587 Boston Post Road in Westbrook, CT.

The day is planned as an extravaganza that begins with free classes from 7 am – noon, with tours, door prizes and information sessions about the newest trends in fitness activities.

From Pilates, yoga, mindfulness meditation and tai chi to the cardiovascular-focused Barefoot Bands® (resistance), cardio barre (ballet-inspired sculpting), Pound (using drumsticks), SURFSET (indoor surfboards), Rebounder (mini-trampolines), spinning (bicycling), Shockwave (rowing) and combinations of fusion, interval training, dance and more, Fitness on the Water has created a luxury environment to serve as a catalyst for improved health and wellness at every level for adults of any age.
